I’m already a good delegator, but he’s helped me be better. Compensate for some of my weak points. He’s even given me ideas and ways to be able to delegate responsibility to help come.
I am all for the self-help and ideas. But those lack the partnership. I still might look at a blog or a book. The partnership makes it worth it and different.
